Lokomotiva and Ljubuški played their match of fifth round earlier. Home team won with result 40:22 (22:11). Guests did not have strength to oppose much superior Croatians.
Scorers for Lokomotiva were: Komljenović 4, Čop-Andesilić 4, Peraica 4, Havić 2, Nikšić 4, Pušić 5, Knježević 5, Marušec 4, Džeko 4, Menova 1 and Milić 3.
„ We gave chance to all the players this time. For sure our second match will be much more difficult, because on Saturday we play against Kometal, team from the Champions League.“ - said Klaudija Bubalo, director of Lokomotiva.
Match Lokomotiva vs. Kometal will be played in Hall 2 of „Sportski dom“ in Zagreb on Saturday at 18:00 hours.
