Andrea Penezić - best scorer of WRHL

Left back of Podravka Vegeta scored 66 goals in 10 matches.

Andrea Penezić was born in Zagreb on 13th of November in 1985. She started her handball carrier in HC Kustošija in 1997. After spending seven years in Lokomotiva Zagreb, she arrived in Podravka Vegeta this season.

23-year old already received award as best Croatian female handball player in 2008. Besides being top scorer of WRHL, she is also best scorer of Podravka Vegeta in Champions League this season.

186 cm tall left back is a member of Croatian national team since she was 18 years old – Penezić was in Top 10 scorers on last European Championship in Macedonia 2008.

Andrea Lekić (Krim Mercator) is on second position on WRHL's Top scorers table with 60 goals. Ana Radović (Budućnost T-Mobile) scored 49 goals for third position.
