Ambitious project of Women Regional Handball League (WRHL) will start in Koprivnica today.
Croatian Champion Podravka Vegeta and young team from Bosnia and Herzegovina Ljubuški will have an honour to open WRHL competition.
Historical event will take place in Sports hall Fran Galović at 18.00 hours.
Excellent form of Podravka Vegeta
Coach Zdravko Zovko did great job in preparing his team. Podravka won four out of five preparation tournaments this summer. Team from Koprivnica showed excellent performances during preparations and goals in this season are set high. In Champions League as well as in WRHL.
For all that Podravka will have help of three new reinforcements:
Romanian goalkeeper Paula Ungureanu arrived from Dunaferr,
Croatian left back Andreja Penezić came from Lokomotiva and
Serbian line player Ana Đokić came from Györ.

Team from Bosnia and Herzegovina find following season as the most important in clubs history. How serious they are show additional signing of experienced lefthander Kornelija Rajković.
First match of WRHL's first round Podravka Vegeta vs. Ljubuški will be played on Wednesday at 18.00 hours in Sports hall in Koprivnica.
Great opportunity for all Podravka fans to see their new team in first official match.
